Car won't start

Well woke up today and it was like 10 degree outside try to start my car but it wouldn't start when I try to turn on the ignition my battery volt gauge and clock dies and no clicking noise or anything I tried jump starting it but doesn't do nothing don't know what it is can anyone help me since this is my daily driverp

There is a difference between voltage and amperage sir. Voltage you have, amperage you do not
