Quality? Not really. My top pillow ball mounts are shot and make a loud clunking sound when I hit bumps. They do make nice stuff though as their coilovers just gets the job done. I have mine setup for rake and it just whips like crazy around cones with the stock sway bar.
Would I buy them again? No.
Would I recommend them? No.
You can go cheap and get Megan or go $500 more or so and get some entry level good name brand kits. Really up to you. I'd go with PIC Performance before Megan if I want entry level kits but that's just me.

Megan is an ok entry level coilover.
Had them, would not get another set. Alot of people like them but it is up to you. I actually ditched them and got a set of new bilstein HD struts and Swift Spec R springs. They perform a better and the ride quality is 100 times better. Not to mention I'm 100% sure they will last alot longer.

I would go with AMR engineering. http://www.amrengineering.com/proddetail.html?veid=34
Lift time warranty, and built to your specs. Andy is building me a set for rally cross. You should check them out.

BC Racing makes Megan coilovers so I'm just guessing that the quality is the same as the Megans I have right now. Source is: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...coilovers.html
Also, it's cheaper on MAP.

$1500 is definitely worth it for these.
