so order some parts and they came in today



Went to Mitsubishi to get a evo 8 bumper but they had this laying around from a return so they sold it to me for $300.. one heck of a deal I think Minus the Lip & Intercooler, I got that on ebay.

i got in an accident this past summer and wanted to replace my 8 bumper with a 9's but no such luck

actually 05 VIII's had it, 03-04 didnt

 

I hope you did not go through insurance. When the total cost of repair is ballpark the same or even 1.5X your deductible it is not economically justified to go through insurance.

If many Evo owners went through insurance for small damages instead of taking responsibility and repairing the damages on their own, the Evo would likely be one of the most expensive cars to insure given ave owner demographics... Wait a second.
