i dont move the car if its tapped out cold. and once i do get it moving i shift at around 2k until its almost at normal temp. then shift a 3k

I got out to my car before leaving work and put on that turbo timer for 9 minutes and POW Its ready to go.

If im at home in the driveway I let her warm up for about a minute then granny drive till the banana is warm enough to split.

Actually, I don't stretch when jogging, I just jog slowly until I'm warmed up and then kick up the pace

It's good practice to let it warm up for about a minute until the engine gets sufficient oil pressure. Then it's best to drive slowly for a quicker warm up of the oil. It takes much longer for the oil to reach operating temperature if you're just sitting there idling. Once the temp gauge reaches the middle, I still give it a few minutes before getting into boost.

I was always under the impression that you should warm up your vehicle, no matter what it is. I thought it may extend the life of the motor. I was also under the impression that turbo cars needed to be warmed up. Maybe this is a myth.....I dunno. I warm up my vehicles before driving them regardless...always have and always will.....
