check all fuses. odds are it is one that may not be labled as radio or locks. It's problably one under the hood to be honest.

I'm 90% sure it's a fuse, But check them a volt meter to be sure they are good.

You have to take it back to the person who installed that aftermarket alarm. Each installer is different and will hide the brain box for the alarm somewhere different. These problems are directly related to those, and there are fuses on the alarm brain iteslf that will affect the doors AND the lights. Specifically your park lights.

You can also take it to a reputable shop who will do alarm installs.

If you are feeling adventurous, check the model number of the alarm (on your remote or somewhere) and read the manual.

Most likely the brain box is tucked under the dash somewhere close to the steering column. The wires should be all black, but you will definitely see a couple fuses wired into it, one or more of which may be blown.

Good luck!
