i am getting a odd like vibration noise around 3000 rpm in every gear it goes a bit lower in each gear like in 5th its at 2800 but ones i am out of that range it stops

i just got a Twin HD put in could it be that?

5th at 2800rpms? Do you have a 6sp.?

try adjusting the clutch pedal// tranny flush where is the noise coming from tranny? tc? a little more detail would help
