2006 Evo IX, 5 speed with 8000miles on motor (crate replacement from lancer shop, 43,000 on rest of car)

Custom 3” Down pipe with Cat Delete
Hallman Manual Boost controller
EPM o2 Dump
Aquamist Meth. Kit HFS-6 (Have, not installed but will be before tune)
Walbro 255lph Fuel pump

Ksport coilovers
Seibon carbon hood, trunk, lip
Works Emotions 18x9 (Fuzion ZRI 235/40 Tires)

I’m looking to run Mid-High 11’s, with the mods listed do you think it’s possible? I’ve been to the track once with just the Down pipe and Catback and Ran 12.9. I need a tune I know who would be recommended within like 2 hours of Philidelphia?
