i love my RRE stealth, i don't know of anyone running it besides CA people. I'm from CA though i currently live in WA. that's one of the most powerful and quietest custom built systems ever. hard to believe, but i sold my Greddy TI (not Ti-C) and it was more responsive and had a HP gain of 10hp on the same tune. i recommend this exhaust to anyone.

I have the Tanabe Medalion Touring. The mid pipe is 3.12" diameter and necks down to 3" at the cat. This is probably one of the top 5 quietest aftermarket exhausts. At idle, with the perrin cat, it is quiet, no problems with neighbors. It's quite a bit louder than stock at 3000+ RPM but not unbearable- I hate loud exhausts on the highway and this is no problem. It does not drone. It DOES get louder with age as the packing dies off in the muffler. I noticed this as it aged and recently I was rearended and got the muffler replaced with another Medalion and it was much quieter than the one with 10-15k on it.

here is my detailed review

look at Tanabe, they usually make quiet exhaust, and stay away from catback, axelback is good enough if you only want some sound.

I have the same exhaust and planning in selling it soon. The exhaust is too quite for my taste. I would recommend it if you wanna stay low key with cops with good hp gains

Yeah + 1, This thread would be a lot better if we had more accurate information on the exhaust db rating, and dyno results with or with out silencer and such.

+2

dB would be nice, but this thread has come up with a ton of great info and reviews since I started it about a month ago. When I buy in the spring, I will keep waht everyone said in mind! Keep the thread hot!

Granted, there are plenty of new products out. But when I was looking around I spent 6 months doing pretty intensive research trying to find one that wasn't loud and looked mostly stock for a decent price. Wound up with the Injen full TBE and it was perfect.
