If you buy OEM plugs, you dont not need to worry about gapping. They come pregapped to OEM specs. My car was doing the same thing around 75k, change the plugs and all was good. Also happed to another local, and was the same issue.

plugs or leaky coil packs... but most likely plugs bad

try a new set and trouble shoot from there.

You always want to check gapping. Who knows if the plug has been dropped and bent out of spec...

Ok, If the gap on the spark plug is too big, (pull one out, and check the gap) and your geting on the gas, the BOOST will "Blow out" the spark, and will give you a shudder mis-fire. Remedy, is to lower the gap, and try it again. should fix that. Depending on the mods on the car, you can run cooler plugs, which will make it run better also. Also, If you get a "Cone" intake, the "Oil" on those, sometimes can get onto the tungsten wire in the MAF sensor, and make it run like ***. Just my 2c, because that's all I got. lol

If the plugs dont help, maybe try a fuel filter.
