Finally bought some new parts!

Hey guys, I just wanted give y'all an update on what I recently purchased !

Autometer tri gauge cluster for the cubby below the hvac

Autometer boost gauge -black
AEM Wideband
Autometer oil pressure gauge
walboro 255 fuel pump
Injen package which includes
-upper and lower intercooler hard piping
-Air intake

And the 30,000 mile service for her

Really excited to have all this installed! Would anybody have a rough estimate how much the labor would be to have this installed ? Along with a guess how much my gains will be?

Thanks!

Reevo

i don't think i'd wanna pay someone to do all that man. in my opinion, you might just wanna get a six pack on saturday and tackle it yourself. if anything, just have someone else do the wideband (thats the only thing i could forsee as being a pain in the @$$)

yeah all that stuff is literally cake to do. i mean im not saying you shouldn't pay someone idk how your schedule works but its just simple take off and put on stuff. the only thing i'd probably pay for since you plan on paying anyways is the 30k service if it consists of the driveline fluids.

Do it yourself if you can. Its not hard and helps you gain experience.

As everyone else has said, get your hands dirty and do it yourself. There are How To's for everything on your list, that have pics and very simple instructions. Just make sure you look at a few threads, because some are better put together than others.

Look at it this way... If you do it yourself, you could save roughly $300. That money that you were planning on spending anyway, buy something else for the car. (Or your GF.) Then sit back, enjoy a cold one and reep the rewards. You'll enjoy the car too knowing you did everything yourself.

There is nothing worse than driving off the lot after spending $300 on some labor i can do, plus it feels sooooo much better nowing there not dinging or scratching my engine bay up by not being careful.

A bunch of gauges and pipes for a car. $600
A 12-pack of Heineken (or a keg). $18
Spend a Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon with roommate and friend to install the parts. Pricele$$.

Gains - maybe 10HP after tuning, assuming the car is already tuned

Labor - ~3 hours of shop time

All those parts are fairly easy and straight forward to install, the only thing you would really want to get done is the o2 bung.
