Get a tactrix cable, do some logs.

Get a flash, keep the stock ROM just incase you don't like it.

Drive, drive, drive. Use your income tax return and start spending money on parts like the rest of us....

elevation change can cause that...also you might want to do a compression test

my friend got a wrx from florida and brought it back to jersey he had lots of problems with the car once it was back due to temps elevation just different everything because it's been down there for so long
