"Noob" best bang for buck performance

Hi guys my names is Kris and im 18 years old. I just bought a 2003 evo 8 a step up from my dd an audi a4.

My question is what parts/mods should i invest in for my evo. im wanting to make over 300hp. best would be 350 to 400hp on pretty high boost.
i recently just installed a big intercooler kit and a turboback exhaust.
Your help would be appreciated
