Question HPS vs stock pads

Can i use Hawk HPS pads on my stock rotors?????because a friend told me the hawks are too strong for the stock rotors? I mean when i will driving like 140m/h and i push brake really hard so then my rotors will be bent????

You can use the HPS's on the stock rotors as long as they are still in good condition. Before I got my slotted girodisc rotors I ran the HPS on stock rotors with no issues.

1. 140mph on the street is just stupid. 2. 140 mph on the track with HPS is just nuts (HPS is not a track pad). 3. Warped rotors tends to be from pad material transfer. Its really hard to warp a rotor and hat.

Now, I am going to close this thread. There is a great thread sticky in the Wheel/Tire forum...I should know...I wrote it

PS - Axxis ULTs > Hawk HPS pads - any day of the week.
