Bullrun Team Evo -- Unleashed

Looks like there is blame on both sides. I'm sorry if you feel like the evo community is against you, but everyone has an opinion whether merited or not. Hope you get what you are looking for.

I think we all understand your frustration, and we all feel for you.
Again though, unless you have some footage and/or some witnesses WILLING TO TESTIFY of Goldberg beating the **** out of ya (not just trying to stop you from walking off), a lawsuit isn't worth pursuing. Move on with life.

car is wrecked thats for sure speed is like any network that contract basically signs your life a way i have heard of stunts going bad killing people and networks got off scott free. The point of shows like this is the entertain period if you get hurt better fight better etc ratings my friend. anytime your dealing with 15 minutes of fame it can turn ugly

Untrue. If a corner worker gives a driver no warning of the dangers of the track, knowing what they are, everybody involved with the ensuing crash can be found liable.
Have you ever seen a finish line that had a hard left at the end?...I haven't...It was an improvised track and the open field looked like the logical line. They prohibited us from looking at it.
It would be like a TV show telling you to drive through a big white sheet for $200,000, but they didn't tell you about the hole they dug and concealed on the other side of the hole and you total your car in it...Illogical and asinine to blame the driver in such a scenario.

Yes, I've seen lots of finish lines with corners after them. Go to an auto cross, or rally cross It's common practice.
If someone told me to do something I would simply consider my options and respond, I'm free to do as I feel. I learned at a young age that ignorance is not an excuse with respect to laws and requirements as non-intuitive as that seems. I also learned that if you sign something related to business you better read and understand it. Seems like you are going through his process now.
BTW they cannot knowingly accept and encourage your breaking of state laws - speeding. It doesn't matter the name of the network. This typifies your whole argument, silly.
I'm out - have fun.

MRinChrist, you created this thread - you live with what is out there. Whether factual or perceived, what the readers of these threads and watchers of the show saw and interpreted they will take as their truth.
If you cannot live with that outcome, then we can close this thread. And I would suggest to move on from the topic.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
And I see with that remark, this went as I thought it would. To add, if you continue with that mindset, your time will be very short here.
