hmmm wow dude my dad was asking about you last week since the new bullrun is airing. Im like i dont know stopped talking to me. So i see your putting the car back together. What happened with the lawsuit was it dropped or still going on or what. I mean dang they are making another bullpiss so im wondering

 

I remember reading your threads before. I also watched that season of bullrun and witnessed the accident. I think the whole ordeal sucks but what are you gunna do now? I thought it was in court of something...

 

My lawyer got really sick and dropped the ball. Left me hanging. I have had difficulty finding new representation as they don't see a value beyond getting the car replaced. Without a big easy payoff, lawyers aren't really interested in just going after the principle of it all...I am now doing what I have wanted to do the whole time. I am going to unload on the Bullrun for intentionally screwing me over, rigging the race, and almost killing us...It is high time somebody took it to reality-TV and I am the perfect guy...They drew first blood...They humiliated the Evo community by rigging the final cut of the Bullrun episodes to make us look bad and make the crash look like it was our fault.

Ya right. They took away our personal cameras during filming. The only cameras were Bullrun property. They own all the evidence and they destroyed anything incriminating. We won that race we crashed in. Bill Goldberg assaulted me (on 2 cameras -- they deny the footage exists). The race was fixed.

I can prove all three with some lie detectors, a waterboard, and the threat of imprisonnment for perjury and falsifying a police report.

If Ken Block was told by his stunt coordinator that he couldn't see the terrain after the finish line, and Ken Block trusted his stunt coordinator, then Ken Block would only have responsibility for trusting his stunt coordinator.

You are confusing the Bullrun creatively edited story with reality...Download the Episode-4 torrent. We were so fast around that course that they couldn't even cut together the footage to make it look like we lost. They said we did, but even the footage tells a different story...Make no mistake, we won.

 

Here is another way to think about it:

If you were doing a track day and you were going over a blind hill, and the corner worker was waving a green flag and picking his nose. You crest the blind hill and you see a car stopped right in your line. You hit the car...Who is to blame?...What you, ODUB, are doing is akin to blaming the driver and not the corner worker.

I'm not saying you didn't win, but as for this whole bullrun coverup thing, it just seems a little far fetched. It doesn't seem like you've got anything more than your opinion as proof. I watched your video, and it's just 8 minutes of you basically badmouthing the producer, and stunt coordinator, but not providing any backup to your claims at all. It's just you talking **** for 8 minutes. where's the proof? could it be that the lack of proof is the reason you're having a hard time finding representation?

Aside from that, even before that challenge and the wreck, you guys weren't exactly the best representation for the EVO community. That's putting it very very very very nice. The wreck was kind of just the final nail in the coffin for a team that was already everyone's least favorite.
