Shop damaged my car, need advice.

You should have never left and took pics of it where it was sitting. If they didn't want to do anything then you should have told them well if you guys didn't damage the car then I need you to contact the police for me as it appears someone has vandalized my car on your property

That won't get his car fixed....he drove off the lot so he is basically screwed now. He has no evidence except a receipt that they did work. They will say the car was like that before it came in and it's his word against theirs.

i called my local police and just asked. i have to make a civil case report on it since it happaned a while ago. i also have to bring in the picture and show it to them.

Yea he's got pics. Is it crack or anything when it was off the lift?

no you cant even see anything, it bended back out. but if u look under the skirt u can see marks and call me crazy but i can sort of see a dent there. ill take pics and post.

Pic doesn't show the dealer...he has no receipt from the dealer, pic doesn't have a date and time on it.....You can try man but there isn't enough evidence to say they did the damage.

If you have proof, may be the picture, then small claims court.
You need also proof of payment, if cash, then you need the receipt. Credit card statement if you paid that way.
May be someone saw your car before and after, then possibly can serve as an eyewitness.
A last resort would be consumer affairs, then at least the business would be placed on a buyer beware list.
