Safe to get back

As you can see in the thread about the new 03 help, the evo is in big trouble and is going back to its rightful owner Booth Motors. Is this car safe to drive back? the oil level seems severly low to me here is the picture

Flatbed it if you're really that concerned... otherwise just add oil? How is this more complicated than those two options?

Use a flatbed service, document every issue that you had with the vehicle, consult your attorney , if you can maybe he can come with you in order to make a more strong formal presence. Even if you use a flatbed , put oil on the car. And watch what you write on the net, everything can be back track and can be use in your favor or against.
Good Luck, hopefully you get your money back .

not sure of the history of the vehicle. Fill with oil or tow. Even if it is burning it you should continue to fill it until you get the problem fixed. The 4g63 doesn't typically burn oil.

I would just drive it back to Booth Motors depending how far it is just to show them that this Evo is F***.

Was the oil level at full when you bought it? As others have stated you should be fine for the drive back to the dealer after adding oil.

If you have towing service with your insurance, you may want to leverage that as well.

Please someone in CO go look at the car for this guy. It'll probably take no time to get it up and running as it should be
