Mine popped out on the dyno after I had it built. Had the tip of the dipstick tube crimped slightly and I've had no issues since. Recommend improving the crankcase vent system in some way, either crankvents or a well designed catch can system.

just get a big pair of pliers and squeeze the top of the tube a little...pinch it slightly...it will grab it tighter...
just go a little at a time till it gets nice and night...dont gorilla it too hard right off the bat or it will pinch closed too much...

It's happened on mine one time at 30psi, installed a spring and never happened again even at 45psi. I had a customer lose his dipstick on a high speed run and spun a bearing after losing 1.5 quarts. The rod was blue from the heat. This isn't something you want to experiment with, put a spring on it.
