What I find best when I went on deployment was to leave it with someone who had the same car as mine. I had a buddy that took care of my Evo pretty darn well. Oil Changes and everything while I was on deployment. He just kept all the receipts and I payed him back. Then he went on deployment. Then I watched his Evo. LOL. Funny how things work.

I would be p!ssed after 2 months and my car still not fixed. I would ask for a price cut or take it to some other place. Just cause your deployed doesnt mean they can drag their feet fixing your car. If anything they should be working on it day and night to get it fixed for you because of that reason.

Well, it seems all the body shop would have to do is sand it back down, patch it, paint it... shouldnt be too much down time.. They better be willing, not trying to sue anyone even tho it mite get me more in the end haha. As for the trunk, since im doing a timeattack setup when i get home im putting my stock wing back on and im gonna get that rexpeed spoiler thingy that sits on the back edge of the trunk inbetween the stocker to hide that dent. Man i've watched that video prolly 50 times now, its nice to see her even if she's messed up. First time in over 7 months now!

Are you ****ing kidding me? 2 months and that's what they have done? I got rear ended in my old sunfire and it cost over $4K to fix, but it was fixed within a week. I had to take it back twice since they uses **** parts but still... Wtf is taking them so long? The trunk is trash. If it's not aligned perfectly, get pissed. Insurance is paying to make it in the same condition as it was before. They aren't paying for some BS place to cut corners (happened to me, had to order a new $800 part but it wasn't my fault some cell phone talking dip**** rear ended me so I didn't care).
I'd just call up the insurance company and explain to them they are getting ****ed and take it to a new place.
