Sorry to hear about your friend and the loss...car will be replaced, friends on the other hand cannot be.

how does letting who drive the car matter in this accident?! Anyone driving at that perticular moment that same day, minute would have experienced that same accident.

I don't let people drive my car either except for my dad and AMS but the accident was going to happen no matter who was driving the car.

I would rather had it be me than my friend but it is what it is. you can only move and hope that everyone is okay and your that your friend makes a recovery with rehab...

wow glad he made it out alright. sorry bout ur evo. likely ur gonna lose the cash u put into for parts unless u buy ur car back and part it out. insurances r a pain in the *** about that. but maybe suing will get u the money good luck

As mentioned above though I think buying the car back and salvaging what you can out of it will be the only way to get the money put in it back.

sue the **** outta that lady and get your money back that way, a car doesnt look like that after an "I wasn't looking accident", that is some serious neglect on her part!

 

aw man... that sucks really badly.. good to hear your friend is okay tho. Now it looks like your going to get some good amount of money for it.. maybe you can start over.
