Another Evo down...
Unfortunately about 2 weeks ago my evo was in an accident in which it is now totaled. I was not driving nor in the car and it was not my buddies fault. He was merely going down to a corner gas station to get a drink and a woman side swiped him sending him into the median and sending the car airborne where it landed on the roof and was then hit head on by another car in on coming traffic. He suffered major damage to his left arm and will probably never have full use of it again as well as stitches in his face. He's back home now and recovering from all his injuries after 3 surgeries and 2 weeks in the hospital.
She was put at fault at the scene of the accident and once the police report comes out her insurance will be reimbursing me for the money my insurance gave me for the car and I'm looking into suing her or the insurance company for the parts that were on the car (roughly 7-8k in parts) and I have all the invoices for everything. This is due to the fact that her negligence destroyed my property that was bolted to the car. Anyways... Here are the pics of it at the yard.

Unfortunately they said I can't take anything off the car thats permanently attached and that included the CD player or else I would. Sorry bro
And thank you for your concern. Hes actually a short guy and they said if he was much taller that the roof crushing in could have snapped his neck.

Blood on the airbag is a definite wake-up call. Glad your friend is okay.
You know, for how unsafe our cars are supposed to be (especially in side-impact), people here walk away from some pretty nasty wrecks.
