Might be a newbie question, when I turn the key to acc or on, my radiator fan seems to be running on and off, is that normal? I replaced my oem battery since I couldn't start the car w/o turning off all my other electrical accessories. I can start the car with ease now but the problem is still there. Anything to do with fan control or relay? The stock ecu was tuned once at a shop with some aftermarket bolt ons, that's about it.

sounds like it's the "eletrical gremlins" your fan shouldn't be coming on at all, unless you have the A/C on
