Tinting ideas

Im about to get a black evo 8 and would like to tint the windows. 30% ( EDIT: its actually 70%) or higher is leagal in CA for the front windows. should i do 35's all around or split it up with 20's in the back and 35s in the front? Does anyone have pictures of their tints that i can see for reference (pref. black cars)? Thanks. (EDIT: Now, im thinking of 45% in front and 35% in the back)

Yeah, I would just do 30% or 35% all around, not windshield though.

No matter what, your front windows are gonna look lighter than the rest because the extra light coming in the windshield. So I don't think splitting them a little bit is bad. I'm just happy Vegas doesn't really care.

yeah i think so to. I've had a few people i know pulled over for it. rears are ok and you can do a small strip across the winshield top but can still get pulled over for it. depends on the officers mood like anything else

I did 35% on all the windows and 50% on the windsheild. Our interior is dark so you really don't need anything darker then 35's

i mean front door windows needs to allow 70% light through - so 35% tints, not 20%, are allowed - yeah the windshield is illegal unless its the top 4 inches (brow) but im not going to do anything to the windshield.
