Personally I like the Evo 8 bumpers > Evo IX. So find a used 8 bumper and used lip and get them painted together. Should be cheaper than Voltex anything.

I definitely prefer the stock 8 or 9 bumpers over any aftermarket...they usually don't fit perfect and require modification by a body shop to fit....seems to me that by the time you pay a body shop the time to make it fit you wouldn't be too far off from the OE

If your too cheap to pay voltex pricing keative design makes a nice copy bumper and even has a carbon lip
