Vehicle Re-Acquired By Manufacturer is that a Lemon Law vehicle?

I remember people lemon lawing cars because of the p0300 code. At least in 2003, I think all the Evos sold, sooner or later developed this problem. So, if that is all the problem was, this car is as good as any other.

Thanks I was thinking that this was the issue. Funny thing is the day I drove it home it threw that code, but it hasn't come on since. I'm going to take the Xede off and tune it with the stock ECU.
