He must have been a Bimmer guy like me. I too, sadly, thought a similar thing about MRs until I worked one of them. Difference between him and I, I kept my thoughts to myself.lol it's fun proving that you are smarter than your friends till you realize you are just as dumb.lol

I never understood this. Even though I own an VIII (bought it brand new), I constantly hear "why didn't you get the MR?"...bc i didn't want to pay $6,000 more for a 6 speed, different shocks and seats. Everyone thinks the MR is a totally different beast
