My buddy thinks that the Evo IX "MR" engine is special...
...and if so, in what way?
I could have sworn that all Evo IX engines (US spec) were the same. Yet he claims that the "MR" engine is "safely" capable of more boost on stock motor than the other trims due to stronger internals? - I didn't ask which internals, but he maintains that the MR motor is better in some way. And no, he doesn't own one
I'm pretty sure he's wrong. So can you guys confirm that he's just talking out of his ***?
