(PICS) Just received a bad news about my EVO

damn,
this has been a f-ckn bad week for me.

i just got a message from my dealer's service manager.
he told me that my car's tranny problem have been fixed
(2nd gear grind & 5th gear out of synchro).
i was supposed to pick it up tomorrow end of day or saturday.
HOWEVER, he also told me that one of the technicians took my car out for road test and HIT a freakin road work cone (sawhorse-like to be exact) and the left front bumper was dented and also they have to replace the HID. they will replace it for free using Mitsubishi genuine parts.

DAMN I AM SO PISSED !!!!

tell me what you'd do if you were in my situation.

all suggestions appreciated

thx in advance

you can't do anything, get a rental and make them pay for it. and demand some free oil and oil filters or something of that nature

I doubt the accident will be recorded, and besides, you will get a freshly painted front bumper cover without chips. Maybe you can talk them into spraying extra clear on the new bumper so it will take the road debris better. It shouldn't take more than a few days if the parts are located quickly. Good luck.

i dont want to give out the dealership name yet til this is resolved because i knew the service manager pretty good. he's a great guy, i just hate things like this happens to my car.

gtr: my car is not even 2 months old. as for the build date, how do i find out?

anyways, i'll see if they would give me the clear bra

Agreed, get the road name that this happened on and the exact location and conditions. This would not happen unless he was totally not paying any attention at all OR he lost controle of your car. Find out what road this occured on and go check it out.

Open your driver side door and it's written on the white sticker. Usually where they recommend tire pressures on cars.
