Fuse Keeps Blowing

i've been having problems with my car not being able to start as well as not being able to read/write my ECU. i just realized that every time i turn the key to the "On" position, fuse #8 under the hood keeps blowing. is this the Ignition fuse? what could be causing this problem? a ground issue? could this be the reason why i can't start my car and can't read/write anything onto the ECU?

actually, i just did a little more searching a found a couple threads that talked about my same issue. they said it might be my o2 sensor wiring grounding out, which may be true in my case because i had to extend my o2 sensor wiring when i installed my Invidia o2 housing. i hope this solves my problem.
