they look stock to me, some are stamped with 4530 in the same style of stamp

are they hollow?

my stock cams were hollow, but my gsc's werent.

are they stamped with a different manufactures stamp?

You can see the holes in them,they are hollow=stock cams.

as soon as i make the tentionar tool tomarrow ima change the cams, will the 272s workout ok wit the stock valve retainers?

^^ they will but you will not be able to raise your red line. Your already going to be in there might as well change them. Its better to have that extra protection than to regret it later on.
