Megan Racing Boost Gauge

So i was wondering which wires to splice into for this gauge. I have searched the Heck out of this and no concrete answers. So there are three wires on the boost gauge BLack = ground got it covered, Red- constant hot 12 volt White wire i think, but the one i'm stuck on is the dimmer/headlight switch. It says to tap into the headlight wire, but what wire is that we have tested them all and cant seem to find the right one.

Instead of that i made a switch that has a 12v + source coming from it that dims the gauges when i ever i want them dimmed. I like it better because sometimes i run my headlights during the day then i can barley see my gauges...

If you do it that way make sure it needs a 12v+ and not a 12v-

Bu the problem guys is that i'm not looking for a power line, i am looking for dimmer, and the gage is set up so that when you click the headlights it changes dim level so what i'm looking for is that headlight wire for dimming, which is what the manual says to tap into, so it probably has two settings
