FIXED!!!!
Ok it was the 14mm bolt holding the metal bit to the cam so the cam sensor can detect where the cams are positioned
Now how do i know the metal bit on the cam isnt 180 out or doesnt it matter?
Meaning because the 14mm was loose how do i know i put it back in the right way around?
