I don't have the diagram but if you are looking at the trans from the wheel side that is the drain plug on the lower end. The fill plug is higher. Can't remember if its on the front of the trans or on that side with the drain. I think its on the Front.

The fill hole and the drain hole are both on the driver's side of the transmission. you'll have to remove some of that plastic crap to get at it probably. They are both plugs with hex wrench openings in them. the lower one is the drain, the top one is the fill. You'll have to open the bottom one to drain it, then replace that bolt, then open the top one with the hex wrench opening to fill it. thefill hole is the highest one. the car must be completely level while filling. you fill until you get to the bottom of the fill hole opening...basically you fill until the **** starts coming out. then replace the fill bolt. done.

the transfer case drain bolt is a 24mm bolt on the bottom of the TC. You drain/fill the TC just like the tranny. car has to be completely level, and you fill until it starts coming out of the opening. the fill hole for the TC is on the passenger's side of the TC toward the top of it. IIRC, the fill hole should be labeled "Fill" on the TC.
