Undercar neons...should I add them? Thinking either white or blue. It would look badass at night time autocross events.

no, i'm actually at work. I was just thinking about it. I had a set on my Honda Accord back in the day, and I liked'em. the accord was my DD/autocross/road race car, but the neons looked cool when i was engaging in vehicular tomfoolery such as cutting board drifting at night.

I think it would look cool at nighttime track events to have an underglow on the EVO lol

I'm just curious. I know it's ricey and all that crap, but if it's a legit autoX car with a stack of first place trophies, what's the harm? I could see if my car was slammed on 20's with stickers everywhere, then the neons would be a bit much. What's the harm in having a little fun with the car at the track?

 

if that makes you happy do it man but 99.9999999% of Evo owners won't put them on.

You do what makes you happy. Isn't that what our hobby is all about? That's what makes it a great place everyone likes something different so no two are the same. It would definitely set you apart from all other Evo's at night. Maybe a subtle set up would look good.

At nighttime autocross events you're not allowed to drive with your headlights on (might blind corner workers and make it harder for them to see things coming at them), so no lights and just a glow speeding around the track would look pretty badass IMO.

doubt I'll ever do it, because undercar lighting gets ****ed up too easily, but it would look cool.

 

Yes. And spinners. make sure you get the kind with the colored back ground. Then you can put bags on the car, and when you lift off the ground, you will look like a hovercraft......yo.....

 

it would be hilarious to show up to an autocross with undercar neons, stickers, and spinning hubcaps and still beat everyone lol
