Weird problem with Boost gauge meter...

So I turned on my car this morning and notice something really odd with the needle part of my boost gauge. Instead of going below the 0 boost part the needle jumps slowly to 25psi then back down and idles at 10psi on the gauge. When I gas it a little, it goes back to the little 10 so below the 0 boost. I have a manual boost controller that I NEVER touch since I got the car (had the car bout 1 year). The car runs fine, no leak I'm pretty sure, idles fine, boost fine, the only weird part is that the Prosport boost gauge needles jumps up and down slowly. Anyone knows what the problem would be? I tried unplugging and plugging the battery back in, but it still does the same thing. Thanks in advance

UPDATE!

It is a Prosport boost gauge.

My buddy just came over and confirmed it was the boost gauge. Time to upgrade to a Defi one.
Thanks Turbolagdsm for your comment.
