No real point in getting the roof off an MR/RS/ or GSR SE. The AMS Carbon Fiber Roof weighs only 11.4 lbs. and even allows you to retain the factory headliner.

I don't see much point in changing the roof or welding a sunroof panel unless it's gonna be a serious race car. Seriously, what difference is it gonna make in a street car?

lightweight roof= better gas mileage, or thats atleast what i tell myself to feel like im not wasting money haha

now time for me to get a cf roof and COP setup lol

Just paint your roof with carbon fiber paint. Use the super lightweight racing paint.
