AEM Wideband not reading right?

I have a aem wideband and it has been installed for 2 years in my Evo IX. just recently when I turn the car on it goes through the opening sequence like normal and then it just says 14.7, no matter what rpm im at or how rich or lean the car is. iv checked all the wiring and everything is connected properly. any ideas what the problem is?

Did you check the O2 sensor?

The AEM wideband default AFR is 14.7. That will show if it is not getting any signal from the o2 sensor. Check sensor and wiring from sensor under car.
