Lug nut stripped. Need help!!
Alright so i stripped one of my lugnuts and I cant take it out anymore. Any suggestion on what i could do? Its the lug nut for stock wheels thats a lock where it haves a key to open it. Dont want to take it to the dealer since they are gonna charge me about 100. So im going to have to try it my way first

If you stripped your Lug Nut on the Bolt itself you most likely already did damage to the Stud... Most likely will need to replace the stud and a new bolt... probably cost you about $150 or so... I say go to the dealer and just get it done... cant be to safe with your drivetrain especially what keeps your wheels on

No i didnt stripped the bolt. Just the inside where the key goes in and turns it out. Just to let you know. Its the lock lugnut where it haves a key. Ill take some pictures.

This is what I did when the last owner did not include the key to his aftermarket lug locks when he sold the car to the dealership. It works very well and does no damage to the wheel if your careful. Just buy a socket that is slightly smaller than the head of the stripped lug and hammer it on there. Then use a ratchet wrench to turn it off. Good Luck!

Try the socket technique, if it doesnt work and you have access to a welder. Cover the rim up and put a nut over the lug nut and weld the inside of the nut to the lug nut. Then just unscrew it.

^^^^^ Lmao, that was hilarious. I remember that thread.
Snap On part number LSR2000s iirc. The best kit out there hands down.
If your lugs are properly torqued they should spin right off.

socket method shoud work, i remember on my old car, there was no space around the lug nut for the socket to fit and nothing else in the book worked so i had a shop grind out around them and scrapped the ugly wheels the previous owner had stuck on the car... finally after that i could get some decent traction
