i hve a question about sound starting at 4500rpms... its like a supercharge sound... thats crazy to say but thats the same sound.. the sound stay till shifting in red...does anyone has already this sound from an evo ?!

I'm not saying for sure that what the sound is but that's what it sounds like to me.Transfer case whine is not fatal,you can drive it like that as long as you can stand the noise.

I had the same thing happen to me, start saving now, and keep an eye out in the for sale section for a new t-case

 

do you guys launch your cars often? or how do you guys drive your cars to where it makes the noise? i want to try and avoid this as much as possible.
