i had a VIS hood on my honda accord back in the day and it was terrible. quality sucked, it faded, turned green, and cracked less than a year after i got it.

I had a seibon hood/trunk combo on the EVO and it was the worst mistake I ever made. The hood fit great, but faded, peeled, cracked, and turned green. I had it recleared, and that helped some....but the trunk...OMG the trunk... it fit like crap. 1-2" gaps everywhere. then it started fading. I hated that thing. I tried to get seibon to replace it but they wouldn't do anything about it or the hood. total crap. i got rid of the trunk and went with a chargespeed. fit like stock, weave was beautiful 1x1, no signs of fading even after 2 years on the car. I sold it to go back to stock though, because the Seibon hood was trash and i didn't want to buy another carbon hood to match the trunk. best thing i ever did was go back to stock hood/trunk.

I have the stock vent/grill on my Seibon OEM style hood, I had to make brackets to hold it in place.

It fits fine, no gapping, little to no drilling needed.

My cars not with me ATM I'll get pictures of the brackets & such for you today or tomorrow when I goto the shop, The brackets are pretty easy to make.

Forgot i had pictures still. No drilling required but i drilled holes for the stock weather stripping and heat shield.I just had to add big washers as you can see to hold the plate.
