CF hood which dampers to use?

just purchased a seibon CF hood. and looking for a damper kit to support both sides once the hood is up, as the standard latch only supports one side and the hood seems to lean due to the flex.

using the search and looking on manufacturers website dampers arent recommended because of the resistance when closing.

has anyone come across anything that could over come my problem?

Tein dampers seem to be the best option atm as they only damp rather then use a spring as well which would over power the flexi carbon....

any recommendations please guys

Jon

Rexpeed all the way.
I have them on mine with a cf hood.
They don't have too much spring unless you just fling it open without holding it.

probly not
the teins (and most other brands)usually have a warning that they are NOT for carbon hoods
usually the pressure from the dampers cause stress and can cause the carbon to crack
I'd be really careful if i was you
