iam not using one and its a daily and race it, not on a road course though

I'd say yes it will help you then. We run two oil coolers on our race car.

if you had engine failure oil cooler change is a most,,,,

I just find them to be too expensive, after all its just a small radiator....

At what oil temp should you be worried? I run 70-75C with stock oil cooler.
