I took my cat back off once and the car ran like S**t. Lost alot
of power and was just too damn loud

yes you can. won't be any damge to the car, just your ears, neighbours, and driver's license.

Well regarding power, it will definatley be a loss in power, make no sense getting a tune like that, and just how much of the exhaust are you planning to take off??
