Should i buy this EVO?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...#ht_500wt_1182
I live in St. Louis Missouri so i would have to fly down to NC to buy the car. Im thinking of making an offer for 13.5k. Also does it have a sunroof? I cant really tell
Do you guys think this car is worth 13.5k??
Thanks Tim

Doesn't look bad but those mods on stock boost? Maybe.
It might benefit from some portions of it going back to stock. But overall it doesn't look bad. I'd talk them down to 13 somewhere. I wouldn't buy that for 14,500. That's what mine was originally priced at and they came down to high 13's.
I'd try for that. Good luck!

I would not buy an evo sight unseen. I looked at a ton of them before purchasing mine. So many have been modded and beat up. There could be transfer case whine, worn synchros, blown shocks, windshield chips and all kinds of other stuff you can'te tell from the auction.

I talked to the guy and he said the turbo doesnt have a filter on it. I know that that isnt very good because debris can go into the turbo. Is this a deal breaker? He said someone offered him 13.5k so i would have to probably give him 14k

If you need someone to look at an Evo for you in eastern NC or South eastern VA let me know. I can probably help you out and have been working on Mitsubishi cars for a while. I don't mind helping a fellow car enthusiast and making sure someone doesn't get screwed.
