Is this modulator ma bobber a dealer item? Surely it must be traceable some how?
I am also sick to my damn stomach reading this.
I have night vision cameras on my house for this reason, records to a hard drive and I can go back 30 days and review. Size of a Chapstick, you would never know.

If they really want it,Your garage will only slow them down,I know many people who had there car garaged with alarms and the whole nine yards,And STILL got there car taken. One thing about thieves is they are very persistent...I guess i would be too if i didn't have a job and stole cars for a living !!

If anybody ever tries to steal my Evo, god I hope I catch them in the act. They'd probably end up dead. And then I'd end up in jail. I've had shady sons of *****es creep past my house at night with flashlights RIGHT before going on vacation last year. I got them to leave by running outside with a baseball bat. I parked my car at my buds house for a week. Never had them problem again, thank god. It got egged just a few weeks ago But only one egg... :-/
Sorry to hear about your loss. Hopfully whoever stole it dies in a very painful manner.

This might be one of the worst things.... He's actually been looking for houses so he can get a nice garage so he can park his car in there and we could work on it in there... But like it was already said, if thieves really want something of yours, theres not much you can do to stop them, just deter the less motivated ones.

I agree 100% about them dying a painful death.

A few more pictures from the last time he left it with me while out of town....
Blunted, we'll definitely have to go check out the AMS open house thing, you never know what might turn up.....

Yeah, I blurred them for him just incase he wanted to post them all over that nobody could track it from the plate number in pictures... Now that someone took it, the plates being visible might not be a bad thing especially since theyre so easy to remember....

the key bypass is usually used in remote start alarms to bypass the immobilizer to enable the vehicle to start. i wouldnt think Mitsubishi would actually sell one of these units. to program the units sold for alarm system you have to have the key to program it and some you have to keep the key in it to work. this is something the cops can hopefully figure out. they can probably trace that bypass if it was purchased through mitsubishi. i wonder how they were able to program it?
