Hey i was wondering i really want to hit 400 whp by the end of this summer and i am trying to stay under around 3k. right now on a dyno jet i made 278 whp and 280 tq due to maxing out my mbc and blowing the cap off my stock bov( i have buscher dp and test pipe, jun bl cat back, short ram, mbc, competition 6 puck clutch, short throw, fresh tune). i just ordered a buschur mbc and a aps recirculating bov. my next step i wanted to get a buscher double pumper and 1200 to 1600 cc inj and run e85, and after that get buscher 272 cams and buschur stage 3 springs and retainers. obviously i would get a tune after all this as well. I really could use the advice so if you could let me know if these are good ideas and if it will get me to 400whp... if not please help me with what will!! thanks!

Well my car is set up like the following...
AMS I/C, AMS LICP, 3" TBE, EPM 02 Dump, Evo 9 Turbo, Forge Wastegate, Forge MBC, GSC S1 Cams/Valvetrain, Fic 1050cc injectors, Walbro 255, Saamco Intake, Open Air Filter tuned on E85 and my car made 408 awhp and 428 awtq on AMS old dynojet so your deftinally on the right path with your mod ideas!

 

Search, there are many threads on this exact subject. But it would take all the boltons, cams, and tuned for E-85.

 

I would stay on pump gas and not do the double pumper or E85, btw you only need 1000cc injectors to run E85 for a 400whp goal. Anyway from my experience, I hit 425 with all bolt-ons, ported stock parts, mbc, 1000cc injectors, 255 fuel pump, kelford 272 at 27psi. Everything else was stock. You dont need to do much and with a 3k budget that is more than enough. The only difference for me is I have a IX MR.
