I have $50 for the person figures out my problem!
I already started a thread on my problem in the Ecuflash forum. But have not found a solution yet so I'm reaching out to hopefully find more help. I'm bleeding money like crazy replacing everything I can think of so it's worth $50 to me for an idea that works.

Check your EGR valve lines under the throttle body. They come off and give the symptoms you mention. Follow the lines off of the throttle body if you need a guide. There are 2 nipples that have vacuum lines. USUALLY the one you can't see, is the one that comes off.

did you ever extend your front o2 sensor due to installing a new o2 housing? my car had a bad misfiring issue and it was due to a couple of the wires getting crossed. after i fixed the wiring my car ran like new.

When I was doing a boost leak test a while back I did find a vacuum line back there that had came off. As you mentioned I couldn't see it but I felt around til I found a nipple near it and then reconnected it but it changed nothing. I suppose it's possible I could have attached it to the wrong place. Any idea where I could find a pluming diagram?

Checked out all the Vacuum lines and they are all connected correctly I was really hoping they weren't!
So on to the next idea someone in the other thread suggested replacing the ecu. But that's pretty expensive so I'd like a second opinion on that before I spend the $300
