Rich During Idle and No Fuel Trims

I took my intake and exhaust manfold out and ported them and then put them back on...now my car is running really rich at 10...I log my car and find out that the fuel trims are not moving...check the front oxygen sensor and it is plugged...and check for any unplugged sensor and vaccum lines and they all are connected...I don't have any boost leak...now the car just idles really rough and rich and I think it may be a bad front 02 sensor...or do you guys think there is something I may have forgetten to do or what are the causes for running rich during idle and the fuel trims not working...any help would be appreciated...and my car is tune by the way...thanks

Was the car running fine before you did the mods? You may have a vacuum leak at the intake and causing the O2 to tell the ecu to enrich the mixture.
