So, lets get YOUR 1 year updates...
We've all seen the magazine 1 year test updates; all of which have no problems to report, so lets see yours! All of you who have about a year of ownership, any problems and nit picks, or no problems at all? Lets get your milage too.
After test driving an EVO about a month ago, I can't stop thinking about it. I currently drive a 97 Z28 6spd hardtop and am ready for something totally different and the EVO fits the bill. I must admit though, after reading all of the complaints I am getting a little uneasy about pulling the trigger and buying one.

No one has had their EVO a year yet. I've had mine 6-7 mos and no problems here.
10,000 miles
Stock clutch
No squeaks, rattles, or decel noise.
Just replaced the stock tires for winter.

Bought in March
Current Miles: 29K
Had a bad Throwout Bearing replaced @ 6K (Warranty Covered)
Oil changes and Tire roataions every 4K
Still on stock tires with about 1/3 tread left.
Still hate to get out of it everyday.
I beat it but I don't drag it!

Damn Redcloud and I thought I put some miles on my car, great to see you driving your investment, I bought mine to drive not to display as a model in my garage, but yeah I picked mine up on March 11th, currently have 17,200 miles on it, have had to get some of the seat clips fixed, the No. 3 LJ joint replaced because the seal blew out on it but I seem to be the only one that has had this freak occurance happen to them, seems as though factory alignment has been eating the inner most tread of my tires even though they are rotated about every 3,500 miles, and the little bit of rust behind my back bumper supports.

Miles: ~8000
Only problem so far is the paint. The paint is very high maintenance and is forcing me to really learn how to detail the car right. I haven't had any clutch problems, no rattles, no tranny issues, nothing. I love the car. It's like driving a F-16 on the road. There is no way to truely describe the experience other than driving it yourself. This car is amazing, and I'm still stock. Can't wait to put a few upgrades on and really open her up.
