Not necessarily. Depends on the mods/tune/boost levels.

i made 423whp @23lbs on 93... easily could have hit 475-500 @ 29-30lbs... need to change my FMIC and LICP before doing so...

OP, you should make 425 with no problem

you better change to a built block while your at it too...
your not gonna make 475-500 on a mustang dyno and be reliable on a stock block

well that depends on what dyno too! theres a 15% difference between the dynojet and mustang dyno, mustang being closer to actual whp. I got the same mods basically and making 360whp/356wtq @ 23psi boost in 100 deg weather on the mustang dyno. This is also on crappy 91 cali pump gas to. my mods are unorthadox adj. cam. gears, HKS 272i/e, stock ported/coated mani, rc 1000's, FP black ported/coated and intake pipe, Ti-tek o2 housing, ams uicp/licp, turboxs fmic, tanabe concept g blue TBE. so theres always where you live and what type of gas you have to make those numbers you want and the dyno.

Is E85 readily available if so make the switch and you will see at least another 65 on top of your pre mature guess cause you can run more boost.
